We are registered under the Co-operatives National Law Act 2020 (Queensland) ("the CNL") and managed by a set of rules through a board of directors. Philosophy

We are voluntary and open, democratic, participatory, autonomous, educational with community benefits and based on the fundamentals of cooperation. We are totally focussed on producing the best returns for our members.

Property Investment

Our primary activity is as a financial investment cooperative with the aim of facilitating members' involvement in the development and ownership of housing in Australia for their benefit through our managements' exclusive access to industry alliances and in-depth research.
