The Development Approval for this project has been approved as per the excerpt from the approval plan of development below, and we have preliminary confirmation from the funder for the balance of funds after investors equity required for the project. We are undertaking the preparation of the Operational Works application which entails providing all the engineering drawings for the project to Council which should be approved in late August 2018.
We expect to have the Information Memorandum which will contain the application for investors to invest in project distributed to you in August 2018 with the land settlement scheduled for 4 September 2018.
