This is a 72 lot subdivision to be developed in three (3) stages which has had a Development Application lodged in April 2018, with an approval expected before 30 June 2018. The Development Approval will allow house and auxiliary units to be constructed on the lots under the old planning scheme (the new scheme requires lots of 450sqm or greater, with 15m road frontage and other requirements and the payment of $10,115 in extra infrastructure charges).
