This is a 71 lot subdivision which has a Development Approval in place. The Development Approval allows house and auxiliary units to be constructed on the lots under the old planning scheme (the new scheme requires lots of 450sqm or greater, with 15m road frontage and other requirements and the payment of $10,115 in extra infrastructure charges).
